1. Wholesale Customers
Only businesses that are registered and have a physical or online store are eligible to place orders on this site. Retail customers should use my retail site morganswank.com to make purchases. Orders must meet the specified minimum product and quantity requirements.
2. Resale
Morgan Swank Studio is not allowed to be resold on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Etsy, or any other 3rd party transacting website.
Designs must be sold with attribution to Morgan Swank Studio and are not allowed to be white labeled.
3. Payment and Shipping
Payments can be made via credit card through Shopify's secure payment service.
Shipping costs will be added to your invoice and are dependent upon weight and size of order. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed, using USPS or UPS from Midlothian, VA. Morgan Swank Studio is not responsible for carrier delays or damage.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 4-7 days. Should time frame vary, updates will be posted as an announcement banner. Feel free to reach out to Morgan if you have any questions regarding specific products or shorter time frames.
5. Copyright and Trademarks
All content on this website, including text and images, is copyright © Morgan Swank Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission. If you purchase Morgan Swank Studio wholesale products, you will have access to all photos to use for product promotion with credit.
4. Privacy Policy
We do not receive your credit card details when you make a purchase through this site. We will not disclose or use any personal information you provide, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, for any secondary purposes.
6. Returns + Cancellation
Returns are only accepted for damaged goods. All damaged merchandise must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. In the even you receive the incorrect items, please notify me immediately, so I can remedy the situation.
Due to fast turnaround time, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Compliance
Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms, and we reserve the right to refuse any orders that do not comply with these terms. By placing a wholesale order with us, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
